ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who can turn strategic briefs into strong, impactful visual ideas. You’ll lead art direction across campaigns, digital, social, print, presentations, pitches and integrated communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop big ideas, campaign concepts, visual territories and key visuals.
· Translate brand and business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
· Own art direction from concept to final execution.
· Define visual language including composition, typography, colour and overall look & feel.
· Direct photoshoots, films, CGI, motion, illustrations and AI-generated assets.
· Create and adapt campaigns across digital, social, print, OOH, presentations and events.
· Lead creative development for pitches and new business presentations.
· Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists and production teams.
· Mentor junior designers and art directors while maintaining high creative standards.
· Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· 6–10 years of experience in an advertising, creative or branding agency.
· Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, campaigns and art direction.
· Excellent understanding of design, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling.
· Ability to turn a strategic brief into a strong creative idea.
· Solid presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
· Experience across digital, social, print and integrated campaigns.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
TOOLS
Photoshop, Illustrator and well-versed with relevant AI creative tools.
