Greenvisage Engineering LLP is looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Manager to help us expand our presence in the commercial and industrial HVACR market.

? Qualification: Graduate (Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and acquire new B2B clients across commercial, industrial, institutional, and real estate sectors.
Schedule and conduct meetings with builders, architects, consultants, EPC contractors, facility managers, and industrial clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and coordinate with the engineering team for quotations.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiations to order closure.




Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate project execution with internal teams for seamless delivery.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Represent Greenvisage at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
What We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
Experience in HVAC, MEP, construction, engineering, industrial products, or related industries will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable meeting clients regularly.
Robust relationship-building and account management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
