Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with high-end residential and commercial clients, and collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and developers. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations,



preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The role also involves tracking market trends, analyzing competitor activity, and providing feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will work with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience working with luxury or premium products, preferably in interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or related sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging senior decision-makers and design professionals.
