Role Description The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records. The intern will help in onboarding new team members, updating personnel files,



and supporting documentation related to HR policies and employee perks. Additional tasks may include coordinating employee engagement activities, preparing HR reports, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and an interest in HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and a basic understanding of Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee-related processes.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with HR-related software or databases.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources,
