Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Lead ServiceNow Developer. The Lead ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation to support business processes. The role includes leading technical design sessions, reviewing and improving existing configurations, and enforcing development standards and best practices. The individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to gather requirements,



translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve troubleshooting issues, optimizing platform performance, mentoring junior developers, and supporting release and change management activities.
