Role Description The Plant Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Thanjavur, responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. This role includes planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating manufacturing activities, and optimizing resource utilization across teams and equipment.



The Plant Manager will implement and maintain operational standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing plant staff, resolving operational issues, and reporting performance metrics to leadership. The successful candidate will foster a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and consistent execution within the plant.
Qualifications
Strong Plant Management and Plant Operations skills, with experience leading day-to-day activities in a manufacturing or production facility.
Proficiency in Operations Management, including resource planning, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.
Experience in Production Planning and scheduling to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
