Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition,
engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day activities include managing paid search and social campaigns, monitoring key performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting and creative to improve ROI.
