Role Description
We are seeking an Event Executive Intern to join our on-site team in New Delhi. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sponsorship outreach, client servicing, and event operations. Responsibilities include:
Sponsorship calling and outreach to potential partners
Supporting client servicing and relationship management
Assisting in event operations and production logistics
Vendor liaison and venue coordination
Preparing event briefs, checklists, and documentation
Helping manage on-ground event setup and execution
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
Internship Details
? Duration: 6 months
? Stipend: ₹12,000–₹14,000 per month (based on experience)
? Location: Roseknot Events & Marketing LLP, Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
?️ Working Days: 6 days a week
Qualifications
Interest in event management, sponsorship, and brand experiences
Strong communication skills for calling and client servicing
Organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations, email)
Current student or recent graduate in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or Communications preferred
Availability to work on-site, including occasion
