Role Overview
The Client Development Associate is a junior-level, relationship-first role where you'll serve as the primary bridge between client needs and our internal delivery teams. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting business growth through strong communication, coordination, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed business proposals, capability decks, and bid responses.
• Conduct feasibility assessments for research projects and provide accurate pricing and cost estimates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients,



serving as their day-to-day point of contact.
• Support senior team members during client meetings and account management activities.
• Track account activity and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Coordinate with Operations and Project Management teams to ensure projects meet client expectations for quality and timelines.
• Ensure a seamless client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
• 1-5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Prior experience in Market Research or Data Services is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Robust interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to work from our Mumbai office five days a week.
