Position Summary:




The incumbent will build and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners, while leading and developing high-performing sales teams. This position emphasizes current partner acquisition, operational excellence, in-depth market analysis, and the effective execution of OEM programs to ensure sustained regional growth and long-term business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing, developing and implementing Servify's channel sales strategy across the Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh region aligned with business objectives.
Deliver ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with a strong focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners to enhance sales effectiveness.
Identify talent gaps, assess hiring requirements, and lead recruitment and onboarding for
