Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, Data Teams, and other stakeholders.
Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and solution evaluations.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Define business processes and recommend process improvements utilizing modern digital technologies, including AI where appropriate.
Support product development lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
Participate in UAT, validation, and user adoption activities.
Track project progress and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Prepare business cases, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and solution documentation.




Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance requirements analysis, documentation, reporting, and business insights.

Required Skills & Experience

Business Analysis

7-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
Solid experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Expertise in preparing:
BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)
FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
User Stories
Use Cases
Process Flows
Gap Analysis
Technology & Digital Solutions

Understanding of digital transformation programs and emerging technologies.
Experience working on enterprise application development or transformation projects.
Ability to evaluate and recommend technology solutions based on business needs.
Familiarity with AI-enabled business applications and productivity tools.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of APIs, Microservices, and System Integrations.
