Role Description The Assistant Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abhanpur. This position is responsible for supporting branch sales targets by driving customer acquisition, cross-selling financial products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role includes overseeing daily branch sales activities, guiding and motivating the sales team, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance requirements.



The Assistant Branch Sales Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement sales campaigns, analyze branch performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth in the local market.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in branch sales operations, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and cross-selling financial products.
Experience in team coordination and performance monitoring, with the ability to coach and motivate sales personnel.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on long-term client engagement.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use insights to improve branch performance.
Knowledge of retail lending, insurance, or other financial services products is preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups and internal teams.
