BrandShapers is looking for a Creative Video Editor with 2–4 years of skilled experience who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media, advertising and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, advertisements and other digital platforms.
Turn raw footage into compelling stories with strong hooks, pacing, structure and retention.




Identify the strongest moments from large volumes of footage and create concise, engaging narratives.
Work with motion graphics, typography, transitions, sound design, music, B-roll and visual effects.
Edit interviews and multiple footage sources into clear, cohesive stories.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards and editing approaches.
Adapt content into different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms.
Stay updated with social media trends, creator formats and emerging editing techniques.
Collaborate with creative, marketing and social media teams while independently owning projects from raw footage to final delivery.
Maintain organized footage, project files and creative assets.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in an agency, production company, brand/in-house team or strong freelance environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere
