Job Purpose

The Data Analyst – AG Products Warranty & Telematics role is responsible for analyzing warranty, telematics, and engineering performance data to identify product quality trends, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decision-making across Agricultural (AG) products. The position collaborates closely with Product Engineering, Current Product Teams, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to monitor key quality and performance KPIs, including F100, ACPU, and engineering effectiveness metrics. The role focuses on reviewing, categorizing, and interpreting warranty failure data, telematics insights, hydraulic system performance, ADPU, NPS, and other operational datasets to support product developmen
