Role Overview :
Gumlet is looking for a high-performing Senior BDR to drive outbound pipeline and help scale our sales engine. This role is a unique mix of high-velocity prospecting and strategic selling — you’ll engage with mid-market and enterprise prospects, experiment with messaging, and directly impact revenue. You’ll work closely with AEs and Marketing to build pipeline, shape processes, and scale what works.

Key Responsibilities:
Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and calls
Craft highly personalized, strategic messaging for target accounts
Prospect into new accounts using structured sales methodologies and book meetings for Account Executives
Partner with Marketing to execute outbound & ABM campaigns
Maintain clean CRM data and pipeline hygiene
Contribute to playbooks, messaging, and outbound strategy

Job Requirements:
3+ years of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS preferred) in India, ME and SEA Market.
Solid outbound prospecting experience
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Excellent communication and personalization skills
High ownership, urgency, and a “builder” mindset
Proven track record of hit
