Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Aspire Design Software Operator at Gyanman Interiors. The Aspire Design Software Operator will use Aspire and related design tools to create detailed 2D and 3D layouts, CNC-ready files, and production drawings for interior projects. Daily responsibilities include interpreting client requirements and architectural plans, developing precise digital models, optimizing designs for fabrication,



and coordinating with the design and execution teams to ensure accurate implementation. The role also involves revising designs based on feedback, maintaining organized project files, and supporting documentation needed for smooth project handover and delivery.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Aspire design software and experience creating CNC-ready designs and production drawings.
Solid skills in CAD or similar design tools, with the ability to produce accurate 2D and 3D layouts.
Understanding of interior design, joinery, and construction detailing, including materials and finishes.
Ability to interpret architectural plans and client briefs, and translate them into practical, buildable designs.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple design files and projects remotely.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with designers, project managers, and fabrication teams.
