Role Description The Client Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients for Capinoria Wealth’s financial solutions. Daily activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand client segments, and presenting suitable mutual fund, insurance, and unlisted share offerings. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners,



coordinating acquisition initiatives, and tracking performance against targets. The Client Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, support client queries, and contribute to continuous improvement of acquisition processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities and client needs.
Candidates should possess Acquisitions and Program Management skills to drive client onboarding and manage acquisition campaigns.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or sales is preferred.
