What you’ll do

Own customer support across email and live chat using Zoho Desk.
Manage and improve our support bot to reduce human workload.
Run support-related backend operations across claims, outreach and payments.
Own disputes, chargebacks and bank enquiries.
Track recurring issues and identify ways to improve the support experience.
Solve customer problems end-to-end rather than simply escalating them.
Use AI tools to improve support speed, quality and efficiency.
Help build and improve the support function as we scale.

Who we’re looking for

Hands-on experience with Zoho Desk or similar helpdesk tools.




Comfortable handling payments, disputes and chargebacks.
Robust customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Calm, clear and solution-oriented communication.
Comfortable using AI tools and prompting effectively.
Strong attention to detail across operational workflows.
Generalist mindset and willingness to take ownership beyond a defined job scope.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Useful but not required
Experience with consumer apps, subscription businesses, payment operations, chargeback platforms, support automation, AI support tools, and working with US customers.
