Role Description

The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India, responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility. This role involves planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring that equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Manager will coordinate maintenance and repair work, manage maintenance records,



and collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and support continuous operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring equipment performance, diagnosing issues, sourcing required parts and services, and enforcing safety and compliance standards across all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate, preferably from Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Relevant experience in the maize processing industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of process plant machinery, utilities and maintenance systems.
Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown management and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate effectively with production and other departments.
