Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Kolkata. The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as search, social, display, and affiliate channels to drive footfall, online orders, and brand awareness for Chai Break. Responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, tracking and analyzing performance metrics,



preparing reports and insights, and recommending data-driven improvements. The role involves collaborating closely with brand marketing, operations, and creative teams to design impactful offers, creatives, and customer journeys. The individual will also oversee A/B testing, audience segmentation, and marketing automation initiatives to enhance return on ad spend and customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
Strong skills in performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, ad managers, and basic Excel for data analysis.
Experience in campaign planning, optimization, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization.
