7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Coordination, or related roles.
5+ years of experience facilitating Scrum and/or SAFe Agile teams in large enterprise environments.
Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles, and SAFe practices.
Proven experience leading Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning activities.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Experience identifying and removing team impediments, risks, and dependencies.
Ability to coach teams toward self-organization, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Rally, Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to review delivery metrics, velocity trends, capacity planning, and team performance indicators.
Ability to partner effectively with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects,



Business Stakeholders, and Release Train Engineers (RTEs).
Scrum Master certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or equivalent).
Experience working in distributed global teams and highly regulated enterprise environments preferred.
Healthcare, payer, provider, or healthcare technology experience preferred.

Primary Responsibilities (3-5)
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning while ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum principles.

Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to improve team effectiveness, delivery predictability, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
