D-Link India Ltd. is looking for a talented and customer-focused Presales & Technical Engineer to join our Business Solutions team in Chennai.
? Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in Presales, Network Engineering, Technical Support, Solution Design, or a related networking role.
? Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and design suitable networking solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, BOMs, and tender responses.
Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations.
Provide presales and technical support for Switching, Routing, Wireless, IP Surveillance, and Network Management solutions.
Work closely with sales teams, partners, customers, and product/engineering teams.
Handle technical queries, solution validation, and customer discussions.
Conduct customer and internal technical training sessions.
Support business development and contribute to regional sales and solution adoption.
? Skills & Qualifications




Strong knowledge of Computer Networking, Switching, Routing, VLANs, Wireless, and Network Management.
Hands-on experience in Presales, Technical Support, Solution Design, or Network Implementation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solid customer-facing and interpersonal skills with confidence in conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively with customers, partners, sales teams, and cross-functional technical teams.
CCNA or relevant networking certifications will be an advantage.
Engineering/IT/Computer Science or a related technical qualification preferred.
Experience with enterprise or SMB networking solutions and customer-facing engagements will be an added advantage.
