About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in at least one or more ServiceNow modules, such as CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, or SPM.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients. Robust scripting knowledge, problem-solving abilities,



and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
Work on one or more ServiceNow modules such as CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, or SPM.
Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, workflows/flows, notifications, ACLs, and integrations.
Perform ServiceNow configuration, customization, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
Develop reusable and scalable solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations as required.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, clients, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
