Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. In this full-time in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region,



the manager will partner with leadership to design and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily responsibilities include managing HR operations, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, maintaining accurate HR records, and coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant stakeholders. The role also involves leading training and development initiatives, supporting organizational culture-building activities, and driving HR projects that improve processes and strengthen employee experience within a dynamic entertainment and media environment.
