TargetEdge is a B2B creative agency working with enterprise clients across pharma, SaaS, financial services, and other complex industries.

We are looking for a Creative Marketeer who can sit between copy, design, campaign thinking, and AI.
This is not a traditional copywriting role. You will work across campaigns from concept to execution, alongside Creative Directors, Strategists, Project Managers, Designers, and Digital Marketers.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
• Write and adapt copy across LinkedIn, Google, email, landing pages, websites, brochures, presentations, social media, and video.
• Turn complex scientific, technical, product, and regulatory information into communication that is clear, accurate, and engaging.
• Develop campaign ideas, headlines, messaging routes, visual metaphors, and content extensions.




• Adapt ideas across audiences, funnel stages, platforms, and markets.
• Work with designers and other teams to take ideas from a first draft to final execution.
• Review work for accuracy, claims, terminology, consistency, and detail.
• Keep campaigns moving by managing feedback, revisions, approvals, and deliverables.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3 to 4 years of experience in copywriting, advertising, content, or a related creative role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to think beyond just the words.
• Someone who can understand complex subjects and turn them into explicit, compelling communication.
• Strong conceptual and visual thinking. You should be able to contribute to both the idea and how it comes to life.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects, platforms, and rounds of feedback.
