We’re looking for a Client Services Program Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of client servicing, program management and marketing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable speaking with clients, coordinating internal teams, managing multiple workstreams and bringing structure to quick-moving marketing programs.
Initially, you’ll support a large global marketing program. As you settle into the role, you’ll also work across other MOBILISE clients and campaigns, giving you exposure to a broad range of marketing initiatives and global teams.

What you’ll do
Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns.




Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted day-to-day point of contact.
Coordinate with creative, content, digital and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality.
Prepare project plans, timelines, status reports, meeting notes and client updates.
Track deliverables, monitor progress, identify risks early and keep projects moving.
Review work before it reaches the client to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support campaign reporting, documentation, billing coordination and other operational activities required to run programs efficiently.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

3–5 years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Project Management or Program Management within an advertising, marketing or digital agency.
