Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries through telephone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.




Prepare techno-commercial quotations, negotiate with customers where applicable, and ensure timely follow-up until order closure.
Coordinate with existing customers for repeat business while identifying opportunities to generate new sales.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, online research, and effective customer database management.
Maintain accurate records of customers, quotations, follow-ups, sales activities, and prospect pipelines.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable industrial filtration products.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, payments, and customer feedback to improve enquiry-to-order conversion.
