Visual Designer (Photography & Videography)
Dhruva Space Private Limited is seeking a Visual Designer with a strong core in photography and videography to drive high-quality visual storytelling across the company’s brand, product, and corporate communications. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and technical precision, with a clear mandate to capture, produce, and manage visual assets that support strategic Marketing and PR objectives.
As a member of the PR, Comms & Marketing teams, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Project Management and Leadership stakeholders, to document and translate complex Space Technologies into compelling visual narratives, while operating within a Confidentiality-driven environment.
This full-time and on-site role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end content production within one of India’s leading private Space companies, including access to critical programs, facilities, and leadership moments that require discretion and qualified maturity.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photo and video content across facilities, labs, events, leadership interactions, and product showcases.
Own the end-to-end production cycle: pre-production (concept, scripting, shot planning), production (shoot execution), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound, finishing).
Translate technical subjects into clear, visually compelling narratives aligned with brand and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture key milestones, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain a structured, compliance-ready digital asset management system, ensuring proper tagging, version control, backups, and controlled access.
