Job Summary
As an KloudGin Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for executing configurations and customizations based on business requirements under the direction of the Solution Architect. This role requires hands-on experience in Java, involvement in designing, implementing,
and maintaining software configurations to align with business process designs and application specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, maintainable configurations and code using Java within the KloudGin platform based on defined customer requirements.
Perform software testing and ensure customer-specific configurations meet business needs.
Debug customer issues and deliver robust, efficient solutions for complex functional and technical problems.
Work closely with cross-functional BV & KloudGin teams including Product, DevOps, and Functional Solution SMEs; maintain daily collaboration with onshore and offshore colleagues; and take full ownership of assigned deliverables.
Develop programs and scripts to build user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
Assist in diagnosing performance issues, troubleshooting integrations, and resolving offline/online data handling challenges.
