360 PropGuide is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager – Real Estate who understands the Noida & Ghaziabad real-estate talent market from the inside.
Someone who knows where the good Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Closers and Team Leaders are.
And more importantly — how to reach them.
We're not looking for someone who simply posts vacancies and waits for CVs.
We're looking for someone who can build a responsible real-estate team.
You should bring:
• 3+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
• Prior experience recruiting specifically for real estate
• Strong network across Noida / NCR real estate
• Experience hiring sales and business-development professionals
• Hands-on sourcing through referrals, LinkedIn, Naukri and direct headhunting
• The confidence to approach good people who aren't actively looking for a job
