Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai.



The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for Xyloite’s AI and digital engineering solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting target accounts, nurturing relationships with decision-makers, and presenting tailored solution offerings that address client needs. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, coordinating with technical and delivery teams to shape proposals, and maintaining accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems. The Business Development Executive will also support account growth, participate in events or campaigns, and provide feedback from the market to help refine offerings and go-to-market strategies.
