Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain servers, networks, systems, and IT infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, users, and access permissions.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system performance, backups, security, and data recovery.
Manage IT assets, licenses, and infrastructure documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
Implement IT security, updates, and infrastructure best practices.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux, Active Directory, and VPN.
Experience with firewalls, servers, backups, and virtualization.
Knowledge of AWS/Azure/Microsoft 365 is an added advantage.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
