Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is a full-time,



on-site role based in Current Delhi. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships, including maintaining CRM systems, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with sales and operations teams to support orders and after-sales service, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer trends and feedback, preparing reports, supporting targeted outreach and campaigns, and collaborating on projects to improve customer experience and loyalty. The role also involves working closely with internal stakeholders to streamline communication, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to long-term relationship-building with business clients and retail partners.
