Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and talent management activities for Foximize Technology. This is an internship role based in office in Ernakulam. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes (sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews), coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR documentation.



The intern will help with organizing training programs, collecting feedback, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. Additional duties may involve HR data entry, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members on HR projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
Strong interest in Human Resources, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, with a willingness to learn and support core HR functions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and scheduling tasks.
Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for data entry, reporting, and preparing HR-related documents and presentations.
