Role Overview
This is a high-responsibility, client-facing Business Analyst role involving requirement gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and solution alignment for enterprise digital transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.




The role offers an intensive learning setting with exposure to real-world consulting engagements, Agile delivery practices, enterprise workflows, and ServiceNow-based transformation projects.
Candidates should be proactive, analytical, adaptable, and passionate about building a long-term career in enterprise consulting and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions to capture business requirements
Analyze AS-IS processes, identify pain points, and define TO-BE workflows
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate requirement translation into ServiceNow solutions
Working with ServiceNow
Work closely with ServiceNow Consultants, Developers, and Architects on implementation projects
Understand and align business requirements with ServiceNow capabiliti
