Role Description The Senior Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for Saraswati Global Rugs in assigned territories. This role involves managing and developing relationships with architects, interior designers, retail partners, and key accounts,



while identifying new business opportunities and overseeing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The Senior Area Sales Manager will plan and execute territory-specific sales strategies, conduct product presentations, and ensure that customers understand the unique craftsmanship, design, and value of the brand’s collections. Day-to-day activities include monitoring sales performance, preparing forecasts and reports, coordinating with internal teams on inventory and deliveries, and providing feedback to marketing and product teams based on market trends. The role also requires regular field visits, participation in trade shows or industry events, and mentoring junior sales staff where applicable.

Qualifications
