About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Social Media Manager who can independently manage the complete social media function — from strategy and content planning to execution, SEO, publishing, analytics and reporting.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just coordinate with designers and writers, but can take ownership of the entire social media pipeline and deliver end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's brand and business goals.
Build platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Research trends, competitors,



audience behaviour and emerging content formats.
Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, followers and brand visibility.
2. Content Planning & Calendar Management
Create and maintain a monthly and weekly content calendar.
Plan content themes, campaigns, reels, posts, stories, carousels, videos and other formats.
Develop content ideas based on current trends, relevant events and brand requirements.
Ensure timely planning, execution and publishing of all content.
Coordinate internally with the production, creative, design and editing teams wherever required.
3. Content Creation & Execution
Take ownership of content from concept to final delivery and publishing.
Write or develop captions, hooks, post copy, CTAs and basic social media scripts.
Brief or guide designers, editors and other team members when additional creative support is required.
