Role Description This is a full time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter / US IT Recruiter role based in Recent Delhi. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients and vendors, marketing available consultants on the bench, and managing end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions. Daily responsibilities include sourcing requirements from vendors and job portals,



qualifying and submitting consultants, coordinating interviews, and following up on feedback and onboarding. The recruiter will maintain relationships with existing clients, manage accounts, negotiate terms, and ensure timely hiring decisions. The role also requires clear communication with consultants and internal teams, maintaining updated records, and meeting defined sales and recruitment targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales Recruitment and marketing bench consultants to clients and vendors.
Experience or interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
Ability to manage Hiring processes efficiently, coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Capability in Account Management, maintaining and growing relationships with clients and vendor partners.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English
