About the Role
CAGRwealth is looking for a Financial Planner to join a firm serious about building out its financial planning vertical. This is a client-facing role suited to someone early in their career who is genuinely engaged with markets and products, not just process-driven.
Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to understand their goals and build tailored financial plans
Conduct mutual fund research and portfolio recommendations, backed by solid market knowledge
Build a knowledge-based relationship with clients through periodic portfolio reviews, proactive updates, and clear answers on how market events impact their portfolio and what changes, if any, are needed
Stay engaged with markets and current events so every client conversation reflects genuine, up-to-date understanding
Support client reviews and ongoing servicing
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in financial planning / mutual fund advisory
CFP and/or NISM Series X-A & X-B certification - mandatory
Comfortable and confident in direct client conversations
Genuine interest in markets and products - someone who reads, stays updated, and can hold a real conversation with a client, not just execute a process
