Key responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries, product development, sampling, costing, order confirmation and approval follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain product specifications,



measurement charts, BOMs, tech packs, colourways, artwork references and order files.
Use Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW to review, edit and prepare garment sketches, branding artwork, print or embroidery placements, labels and presentation material.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams on samples, fabrics, trims, accessories, branding, packaging and delivery requirements.
Work closely with CAD, design, sampling, purchase, stores, production, quality and dispatch teams to keep orders on schedule.
Track approvals, material readiness, production status, quality requirements and shipment or dispatch timelines.
Identify potential delays or specification gaps early and coordinate corrective action.
Maintain accurate item, BOM, sample, order and communication records in ERPNext or related systems.
Support costing, consumption review, supplier follow-up and commercial documentation where required.
