Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Tiruchirappalli. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and support the growth of the firm’s consulting services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to address client needs.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of activities, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications
Solid skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
Solid understanding of Business principles and market dynamics to support growth initiatives.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with clients and colleagues.
Experience in Account Management, with the ability to maintain and expand long-term client relationships.
Proven ability to meet targets, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, and presentation software is an advantage.
