Position Overview
As an SAP HXM Stream Lead, you will drive strategic HR transformation programs across global organizations and deliver tangible business value to our customers. In this role, you will spearhead SAP HCM, Payroll, and SuccessFactors initiatives—shaping HXM strategies,



leading large-scale transformation engagements, collaborating with global stakeholders, and helping organizations modernize their HR ecosystems through creative SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end SAP HCM and Payroll transformation programs, define strategic solution roadmaps, and guide complex multi-country implementation initiatives.
Integration Management: Lead integration teams responsible for seamless connectivity between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and downstream/upstream enterprise systems.
Stakeholder Management: Manage key stakeholder relationships, provide overarching solution leadership, and deliver scalable, business-aligned HR and Payroll solutions.
