Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager - Exhibition Sales. The role involves managing sales activities for exhibitions, including generating leads, reaching out to potential exhibitors, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies, meet revenue targets,



and contribute to event success. Regular reporting and market analysis will also be key responsibilities to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to generate exhibition revenue from new and existing clients
Planning and executing sales activities which lead towards exhibitor acquisition
(Including e-selling, phone selling, personal visits to clients, presentations, preparing of mail shots and administration)
Providing sales related information to management on a regular basis (weekly sales report and upon request)
Holding the responsibility for key accounts
Working within our CRM program daily
Maintaining accurate floor plans
Assisting with the operations process to ensure the quality of manuals, catalogues etc.
Traveling to domestic trade fairs to acquire recent exhibitors
