Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Engineer - Diploma role is based at the Poonamallee location. The Junior Engineer will support the engineering and production teams in the design, fabrication, and assembly of trailers,



containers, tippers, tankers, bulkers, and related products. Daily responsibilities include assisting in preparing and interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with supervisors and shop floor teams, monitoring production processes, and helping ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. The role also involves basic troubleshooting of manufacturing issues, maintaining documentation for projects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Junior Engineer will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional departments to meet project timelines and customer specifications.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
Foundational knowledge of fabrication, welding, and assembly processes used in heavy vehicle bodies, containers, trailers, and similar equipment.
