TCS hiring for Technical Support - Google Serverless
Experience: 3-7 Years
Location: Chennai / Gandhinagar and Indore

Job responsibilities include but not limited to –

Job Requirements*
Deliver high standards of performance, stability, backward compatibility, and developer experience across the Serverless Framework and backend APIs.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes rather than just addressing symptoms.
Experience with services common to serverless architectures, such as API gateway
Experience in managing, securing, and optimizing an organization's data within cloud-based storage platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
Should have managed IAM (Identity and Access Management)



roles and permissions for your application's service accounts and users to ensure secure and controlled access to other GCP services and resources.
Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems
Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders
Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment
Key Responsibilities*
Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
Own and resolve technical cases end-to-end
Ensure accurate documentation.
Meet defined SLAs and quality benchmarks while handling customer communications.
