Role Description
The Junior Personal Brand Specialist will support the development and execution of personal branding strategies for clients, focusing on creating a consistent and compelling brand presence across channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in defining brand positioning, conducting basic market and audience research, and helping manage client brand assets and profiles. The role involves collaborating with senior team members to refine brand messaging, preparing sales and branding presentations,



and coordinating with clients to ensure alignment with their goals. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, requiring regular in-person collaboration with the core team and clients.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Brand Strategy and Branding to help shape and articulate clear personal brand identities.
Candidates should possess skills in Brand Management to support consistent implementation and maintenance of client brands.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to interact effectively with clients and contribute to growth initiatives.
Basic understanding of digital and social media platforms for personal brand building is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced creative environment.
Relevant education in marketing, communications, branding, or a related field is preferred.
