Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Specialist role based in Mumbai. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions for Houzeo’s platform.
Daily responsibilities include managing paid search and social campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets for maximum ROI. The role involves collaborating with product, sales, and content teams to align messaging, improve landing page performance, and support growth initiatives. The specialist will also monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and provide data-driven insights and reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
