About Us:

We are a leading trade show and events organiser with operations in India and the United States. As we continue to expand and explore strategic opportunities including M&A;, fundraising, and a potential IPO, we’re looking for a smart, driven Legal Associate to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Review, draft, and manage commercial contracts, vendor agreements, sponsorships, and partnership documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on corporate and regulatory matters.
• Assist in M&A; due diligence, transaction documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain organized records of legal documentation and contract tracking systems.
• Support the leadership team on fundraising and IPO readiness initiatives, including corporate governance and disclosure requirements.
• Research and summarize relevant laws, regulations, and compliance updates across India and the US jurisdictions.

What We’re Looking For:





• Law graduate (LL.B / LL.M) with 1–3 years of experience in corporate or contract law.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and business transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Comfort working across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
• Proactive, business-minded approach with a desire to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
• Experience or interest in M&A;, fundraising, or IPO processes is a plus.
