Cinefai Studios is building at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and AI. We create films, shows, ads, and entertainment experiences using generative AI, and we’re constantly experimenting with new ways to tell stories.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes movies, shows, anime, and pop culture and has an instinct for what makes content compelling.
The Role
As a Creative Director Intern, you’ll work closely with our creative team on the content we develop and produce. This is not a role where we’re looking for someone who simply knows how to use AI tools.
We’re looking for taste.
You should be someone who notices why a scene works, why a character feels compelling, why an opening hook makes you keep watching, or why a particular visual immediately catches your attention.
You’ll help us:
Watch, review, and evaluate films, shows, anime, short-form content, and emerging formats
Give clear creative feedback on scripts, storylines, visuals, characters, edits, and AI-generated content




Identify what is working and what needs to be improved
Help shape the creative direction of upcoming projects
Research interesting storytelling formats, trends, characters, visual styles, and references
Work closely with writers, editors, animators, and AI artists to turn ideas into compelling content
Develop references and creative inspiration for new projects
Think about what makes people stop scrolling, keep watching, and care about a story
Bring your own ideas and opinions to the table
Who We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if:
You watch a lot of movies and shows and can talk about them beyond simply saying whether you liked them
You’re into anime, cinema, OTT, storytelling, pop culture, or internet culture
You have a naturally strong eye for visuals, storytelling, pacing, characters, and detail
You’re opinionated about content and can explain why something works or doesn’t
