Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Mentor role based in Madurai.

The Technical

Mentor will guide students through core technical concepts, support them in coding practice, and help them strengthen problem-solving skills relevant to software and IT roles. Daily responsibilities include delivering classroom sessions, conducting doubt-clearing discussions, reviewing assignments, and offering individualized feedback on technical performance. The role involves designing and updating learning materials,



coordinating with other mentors to align curriculum with current industry standards, and tracking learner progress through assessments.

The Technical

Mentor will also help students prepare for placement processes by simulating technical interviews, organizing mock tests, and advising on improvement strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong technical foundation in programming and computer science concepts, preferably with hands-on experience in languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, with skills in mentoring, coaching, and classroom facilitation.
- Experience in preparing learners for technical interviews, coding tests, or campus placements is highly beneficial.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners and provide constructive feedback.
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced academic or training environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in programming or software development are an added advantage.
- Prior industry experience in software development, IT services, or technical training is a plus.
